In-Home Skill Development, Nutrition Planning, and Stable Tenancy Support

Under the Maryland DDA Personal Supports framework, our Home Health Aides (HHAs) function as skilled caregivers who focus heavily on household management, health maintenance, and environmental safety. We believe that a clean, organized, and nourishing home environment is the foundation upon which a client builds a successful, independent life.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Compassionate and dignified assistance with bathing, professional grooming, dressing, and skin care

Mobility & Safe Transfers

Assisting the client with ambulation, transfers (using mechanical lifts if required), and regular repositioning to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdown.

Continence & Toileting Care

Supportive, private assistance with personal hygiene and continence management, prioritizing the clients comfort and dignity.

Vital Signs & Health Monitoring

Regularly taking temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure to monitor health baselines and report changes to the supervising RN.

Oral & Personal Hygiene

Providing meticulous oral care, hair care, and skin care to protect the clients overall physical health.

Habilitative Outcomes and Direct Support Integration

We provide home management mentoring, helping the client develop the routines necessary to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant living space.
