Everything you need to know about our support for our clients

We don't believe in just filling shifts. Our matching process takes into account the client's personality, routines, and specific care needs. We look at a caregiver’s specialized training and background to ensure a natural, comfortable relationship from day one.

The process is designed to be easy and stress-free. It begins with a free in-home assessment conducted by one of our experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) . During this visit, we evaluate health and safety needs while identifying the clients personal strengths and goals to ensure our clinical care aligns perfectly with their desired lifestyle .

A Person-Centered Plan (PCP) is a comprehensive roadmap that outlines a clients goals, personal preferences, and specific health and safety needs. At August Home Care Services, we work closely with the client and their Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to ensure that our Caregivers are providing "just enough" support to help the client achieve the specific outcomes defined in their PCP.
